Sometimes you will find a journal article or book that is relevant to your research but that the UNBC Library does not have access to - in this case, you can request access through Inter-Library Loans (ILL). These services are free to all UNBC students, with no limits on the number of items requested. Journal article requests are generally filled within 1-4 business days, while book request times depend on where the physical item is being sent from.
